Building on the experinece of running field trials for the Bulgarian company Agronom 1 Holding in 2016 and 2017, and for Cargill in 2015 and 2014, Agro

Excel Balkans launches in February 2018 the Independent Seeds Trials Project, ment to bring together Seeds companies, Farmers and Distributors but also to help present the plants in a meaningful way for the farmers, followig their development through plot visit reports in key stages of plant development.

Assistant Mananger

Job Description

  • Assist in personnel management, primary accounting, expense reports management, organizing training activities
  • Follows up on orders, invoicing and payments
  • Assist with various tasks in the projects of Agro Excel Balkans, like fertilizers registration process, Independent Seeds Testing project analytical, marketing and communication tasks, other marketing related tasks
  • Manages the agenda of the General Manager

Reporting lines

Reports to Agro Excel Balkans General Manager

 Successful Candidate Requirements

Fast learner, energetic, proactive, well organized and disciplined person, solution finding and service oriented

English language a requirement, Bulgarian language is a plus

MS Office is a requirement, Mozila Thunderbird, WordPress and Facebook are pluses

Driving license – B category

Based in Bucharest
